Lease

We need to make some progress on lease and ownership questions. 

• Apparently Mass Central (Waltham/Wayland/ Sudbury etc) is close to a lease agreement between the DCR and MBTA. Not sure the details. 
• If we do not have a clause by the MBTA allowing them to take back the right-of-way, then we can use Community Preservation Funds. -- potentially millions of dollars.
