The Dover Board of Selectmen executed the warrant for the 2012 Annual Town Meeting, which will be held May 7, and assigned which articles will be debated by the officials and residents of Dover. Board Chairwoman Carol Lisbon said during Thursday’s meeting, “It’s that time of year. We have whittled this down over the last month … to 23 articles.” |
